Meet the Team.

TR Contents is owned by husband and wife team Rachel and Terry Lightfoot.  Both are Landlords themselves and fully understand the value of independent inventory services that meet AIIC and APIP guidelines.  Rachel is also fully accredited to AIIC and APIP standard.

York & Leeds:

Rachel Richardson is our lead for York and is a chartered surveyor, a trained Commercial and Domestic Energy Assessor, who is responsible for all our EPC work in York.  Rachel has been part of the team since early 2009 and is accredited to APIP standard for all inventory work.

Amy Anderton is flexible and helps out during our busy periods in York.  Amy has been working with TR Contents since 2007 and has a wealth of experience with all types of inventory work.  Amy is accredited to AIIC standard.

Brian Alston is our team leader for our student projects.  He's gained his experience from carrying out many check in and check out appointments during the summer student projects working with us and being a landlord.

Hull:

Geoff Pitcher is our lead for Hull and surrounding area.  Geoff is trained as a Domestic Energy Assessor and can arrange Commercial SAP/OCEPC, accredited to APIP standards and is also skilled to produce floor plans.  Geoff is based in Hull and covers the area north of the Humber up to Bridlington following the A614 south west through Driffield, Market Weighton and down to Goole picking up any other locations in-between i.e. Beverley (outside this area will incur additional mileage charges).

PAT Testing:

Martin Bishop carries out our PAT testing services within the Yorkshire area.  He is City & Guilds qualified and conforms to the IEE Code of Practice.

Admin:

Kerry Field has been providing first class transcription and audio typing facilities for TR Contents since 2007.  Kerry runs her own business, The Warwickshire Outsourcing Centre, and although based in Leamington Spa we feel she is very much a part of the TR Contents team!
